Cathy Kowalski has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Cathy is currently serving as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Lync Health Partners since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at 7 Springs Orthopedics as the Chief Operating Officer from July 2018 to June 2021. Cathy also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Meridian Surgical Partners from January 2006 to January 2018. Before that, they were the Executive Vice President of Operations at Surgical Alliance Corporation from 2001 to 2005. Cathy began their career at OrthoExcel, where they served as the Vice President of Operations from 1992 to 1997.

Cathy Kowalski pursued their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Later, they furthered their academic endeavors by attending the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. There, they completed a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development from 1993 to 1995.
