Kallan McElroy has extensive experience in metallurgical engineering, currently serving as Technical Superintendent at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since March 2016, where Kallan has held various positions including Senior Process Engineer, Process Engineer, Plant Metallurgist, and Graduate Metallurgist. Prior to this role, Kallan gained valuable experience as a Vacation Student at KCGM from December 2013 to December 2015. Kallan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Metallurgical Engineering from Curtin University, completed in 2015, and is a graduate of Busselton Senior High School, where studies took place from 2006 to 2010.
