Adedayo Odunade is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, finance, contracting, procurement, ESG, marketing, and project management since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Woodside Energy from February 2017 to March 2022, where Adedayo held positions as Senior Contracting & Procurement Adviser and Project Materials Controller, focusing on business analytics, inventory optimization, and contract management, among other responsibilities. Previous roles also include Research Consultant at Arrium Mining and Materials and Operations Engineer at Acorn Petroleum Plc. Adedayo began a career as a QA/QC Engineer at Amazon Energy Limited.
