Felix Beinenz began their work experience in 2015 as a Project Management role at AUDI AG. Felix then worked as a Research Assistant at Technische Universität Darmstadt from November 2017 to August 2018, where they conducted studies and research on senior-friendly interface design, specifically focusing on simplifying technology access for seniors. Felix also interviewed and studied the behavior of over 300 seniors during this time. Felix then embarked on a "Work and Travel" experience at several companies from September 2016 to September 2017. Finally, in January 2020, Felix co-founded Lylu GmbH and holds the position of Co-founder and CMO.

Felix Beinenz completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering at Technische Universität Chemnitz from 2011 to 2016. Felix then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Engineering, first at Technische Universität Darmstadt from 2017 to 2019, and then at University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest in 2018 and 2019.
