Nial Conlan is a seasoned commercial professional with extensive experience in driving growth across various sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Director at Lyle & Scott since July 2019, Nial oversees multiple functions including Digital, Wholesale, and Marketing for the brand. Prior roles include Associate Commercial Director and Head of Commercial for UK and Europe at Converse, where revenue growth was achieved in four seasons, and as a Strategic Coordinator for the UK leadership team. Additionally, Nial co-founded agility-hq, providing creative consultancy, and was a member of the Irish band Delorentos. Nial has contributed to the creative industry through various roles in script writing and editing, venue management, and podcast production, while also engaging in urban regeneration projects with the Department of the Environment. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from Dublin City University and legal studies at Griffith College Dublin.
