Pauline de Sera has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Pauline is currently the Head of Creative Content & SoMe Strategy at LYKO, where they work across multiple countries in Europe and is responsible for trend scouting, developing creative content, and executing social media strategies. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Marketing for LYKO Sweden, where they managed marketing campaigns, conducted market research, and evaluated campaign effectiveness. Previous roles include being the Head of Creative Studio at Aller Media AB, where they managed a team and worked on growth and marketing strategies, and serving as an Event Manager and Project Manager at the same company. Pauline also has experience as a Senior Project Manager and Event Consultant at IBEYOSTUDIO, an Event/Sponsorship Manager at 2entertain, and in sponsorship/sales at Strix Television. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager & Coordinator and Production Manager & Sales at White & White, and as a PR Consultant & Project Manager at Mafioso PR.
Pauline de Sera attended IHM Business School from 2020 to 2022, where they earned a Business Executive Degree. Pauline'sfield of study included Business Management, Operations Management, Growth & Marketing Strategy, and Strategic Business Development. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they attended MedieInstitutet and studied Marketing Strategy and Sales Mixed Media.
