Alicia Zuiker serves as the Chief People Officer at Lyft, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Zuiker held the same role at Visby Medical from May 2021 to January 2023, and worked at Google as the Director of People from November 2019 to April 2021. At GE Digital and GE Oil & Gas, Zuiker gained experience as the VP of Human Resources from April 2018 to March 2018 and August 2013 to March 2018, respectively. Prior roles at GE Capital included VP of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities spanned global HR leadership across various business units and functions. Alicia Zuiker holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Psychology from Alma College.
