Chiara Victor has a strong background in research and laboratory work. Chiara started their career as a Life Sciences Technology Intern at RareCyte, Inc. in 2016, where they gained hands-on experience with lab techniques and worked on various tasks related to cancer research and diagnostics.

In 2017, Chiara joined Purigen Biosystems, Inc. as an R&D intern. Chiara identified methodological problems in research protocols and made necessary modifications to optimize experimental results. Chiara also conducted an individual research project focused on reducing agent effectiveness and presented data analysis and conclusions weekly at company meetings.

Chiara then worked at Systems Biology at Harvard Medical School from 2018 to 2022. As a Research Technician, they managed the BSL-2+ Tissue Culture Space and oversaw breast and ovarian cancer research collaborations. During the PI's leave, Chiara took on additional leadership and responsibilities related to the LINCS ovarian cancer profiling project, contributing to all aspects of its execution and acceleration.

Chiara'smost recent position, starting in 2023, is as a Research Associate II at Lyell Immunopharma, where they are currently working.

Chiara Victor completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology from Chapman University between 2014 and 2018. Chiara then pursued a Master's degree in Bioengineering at Harvard University, which they are expected to complete between 2018 and 2023.
