Emre Ersenkal is an accomplished executive in the energy sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Lydian Energy since December 2023. With a wealth of experience in energy infrastructure investment and advisory services, Emre has been a Managing Partner at PEER 88 LLC since June 2016. Prior roles include Senior Advisor and Managing Director for Renewable Energy at Castlelake, as well as Head of Acquisitions and Development at Vientos Solutions LLC. Emre's diverse background also includes positions at TerraForm Global and TerraForm Power, Beowulf Energy LLC, and the Wharton Small Business Development Center. Educated at The Wharton School with an MBA in Finance and a BS degree from the University of Hartford, Emre's formative experiences include a role as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Namibia and significant contributions to various initiatives in clean technology and program development.
