Youlia Hagooly has extensive work experience in the chemical and R&D fields. Youlia started their career as a Researcher at Agan Aroma Ltd. in 2011 and eventually became a Team Leader in Chemical R&D. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Head of R&D at Agan Aroma Ltd. Youlia then moved to Adama Agan and took on the role of Head of Chemical R&D from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they became the Head of Chemical R&D at Adama Israel until 2020. Recently, they joined Lycored as the SVP Global Operations in December 2020.

Youlia Hagooly obtained a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Tel Aviv University between 2006 and 2011. Later, they pursued an MBA from The College of Management Academic Studies from 2015 to 2016.
