Ousmane DIOP is an experienced Health Safety Environment (HSE) professional with a strong background in various sectors, including mining, oil and gas, and agriculture. Currently serving as the HSE Advisor for Lycopodium on the Massawa phase 2 expansion project, Ousmane has held previous advisory roles in multiple projects, such as the Sabodala-Massawa Sulphide Treatment Plant and offshore projects for ORSEN Sénégal. Ousmane has also worked as HSE Supervisor, Officer, and Coordinator in diverse settings, contributing to the implementation of quality management systems and regulatory compliance. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Environmental Quality and Occupational Health Safety from Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar, along with degrees in agricultural management and engineering.
