Farah EL Engebawy currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at Lychee Egypt since January 2024. As the Founder of Il Coccio from December 2019 to December 2021, Farah gained significant entrepreneurial experience. Farah's tenure at Azadea Group as a Senior HR Business Partner for ZARA spanned from March 2017 to August 2020, contributing expertise in HR strategies. Additionally, roles at GSK as a Recruitment Specialist and Henkel as a Senior HR Specialist in Recruitment for the MEA region fortified Farah's proficiency in talent acquisition. Earlier experiences include an HR Information System Analyst role at CEMEX and leadership in talent management at AIESEC. Farah’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from The British University in Egypt, earned between 2008 and 2012.
