Anna-Maja Bj?rkenvall is the Chief Executive Officer of LXMI, a clean beauty brand recognized for its sustainable luxury skincare and impactful social mission. Under Anna-Maja's leadership since September 2018, LXMI has successfully combined the sourcing of rare ethnobotanical ingredients with initiatives that empower marginalized women and support local communities. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director, where significant cost reductions and revenue increases were achieved, and as Director of Business Operations at Veterans4You, LLC, supporting federal clients. Additional experience as Operations Manager at Dolce at the Icon involved overseeing staffing, budgeting, and event coordination. Anna-Maja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Linguistics from Ume? University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from Florida International University.
