Terry Anderton is an experienced entrepreneur and leader with a strong background in technology and business. Terry is currently serving as the Co-Founder and Chairman of LVED Inc., where they are developing a platform to plan and document finances, estates, and wishes. Prior to this, Terry founded and served as the CEO of Wagz, Inc., a pet lifestyle company focused on smart pet products. Terry also held the role of Director on the Global Board of Directors at It's Learning AS until its sale in 2020. Before that, Terry founded and served as the CEO of Gemr, Inc., a social/mobile application for collectors, and Trunity, a virtual textbook and e-learning platform. Terry also served as the Director and Interim CEO at Change Dynamic's, LLC, where they successfully turned around the company. Earlier in their career, Terry co-founded NitroSecurity, Inc., grew it to over 50 employees, and served as its President and CEO. Terry also held leadership positions at Net Maine InfoSecurity (NMI), Imaging Automation, Inc., and Webtrends. Throughout their career, Terry has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a keen business acumen, and a track record of success in technology and business ventures.

Terry Anderton obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, Terry earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Behavior from Daniel Webster College. While the start and end years are not provided, it is known that Terry pursued Electrical Engineering at Northeastern University and studied Business as a major at the University of Utah. Additionally, Terry has certifications as a Master Scuba Diver and Rescue Diver from PADI, obtained in May 2017 and February 2016 respectively.
