Defriceni Ng is an experienced HR and Finance Executive, currently working at Luye Pharma Group since June 2021. Prior to this role, Defriceni served in the same capacity at Ngai Heng Pte Ltd from July 2015 to June 2021. Defriceni holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from the Singapore Human Resource Institute, completed between 2016 and 2017, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bradford, obtained from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Defriceni studied at the Management Development Institute of Singapore from 2011 to 2012.
