Rob Broadwater is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in testing and analytics. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at LuxWall, Inc. since 2021, Rob previously held the position of Engineering Lab Group Leader at NSF International from 2017 to 2021, where management of four ISO 17025 accredited laboratories was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Analytical Sciences Senior Scientist and Thin Films Scientist at Guardian Industries Corp., contributing significantly to measurement reliability and defect detection systems. Rob's early career at LECO included roles as a Field Service Engineer and Applications Group Supervisor, with a strong foundation in chemistry and chemical engineering, holding a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
