Régis Ciré serves as the Head of International Business Development for HealthTech at Luxinnovation GIE since March 2023. Régis has held the position of Associate Lecturer at Université de Lorraine since September 2012, focusing on the design of electronic systems and key success factors in project management. As CEO and co-founder of NOVIAcare from April 2011 to March 2023, Régis Ciré developed e-health solutions with a particular emphasis on Silver Economy. Previous experience includes serving as Secretary for the TACO Association, which promotes communication tools for individuals facing challenges related to disability, aging, or social exclusion, and as Technical Director at NTE Engineering from April 2014 to January 2016. Régis Ciré holds a Master 2 degree in Electronic Systems Design from Université de Lorraine and a Master's degree in GEII from Université de Metz.
