Rohan Das is a doctoral researcher at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) since December 2018, focusing on the optimization of processing parameters for polymer compounds in collaboration with Goodyear Innovation Centre Luxembourg, aiming to enhance the mechanical properties of elastomers. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Executive in R&D at Pidilite Industries Limited, where Rohan worked on Free Radical Polymerization and the formulation of adhesives, and as a Research Assistant at CEAT Tyres Limited, conducting a Masters research project on synthesizing Epoxidized Natural Rubber. Rohan's educational background includes a PhD candidacy at the University of Luxembourg, a Master of Technology in Polymer Science and Rubber Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, and a Master of Science in Applied Chemistry from Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira, following a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry Honours from the University of Calcutta.
