Iwona Radko-Jarosińska has extensive work experience in customer service and management roles. Iwona began their career in 1997 as a specialist in cooperation with banks and brokers at Commercial Union - Life Insurance. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Strategic Customers Manager at Zurich Insurance. In 2001, they joined Credit Swiss Life & Pensions as a Strategic Customer Service Manager in Group Insurance. In 2002, they joined Luxmed. Sp. z o o as the Director of the Customer Service Department, and in 2018, they became the Director of the Patient Experience Division at Luxmed.

Iwona Radko - Jarosińska completed their Master's degree in Finanse and Banking at the Warsow School of Economics from 1992 to 1997.
