Eric Jones has worked in various roles since 2010. Eric began as a Research Assistant at Washington State University in 2010, followed by a Research Assistant position at the University of Minnesota in 2011. In 2012, they took on an Avionics Engineer Intern role at Boeing, where they developed proof of concept prototypes for avionics system onboard electronic communications infrastructure using COTS hardware. In 2013, they joined Microsoft as a Program Manager, where they collaborated with software engineers, UI/UX designers, and business teams to design, launch, and service features for the Windows Developer Center. In 2018, they held two concurrent roles: a Technical Product Manager and Technical Analyst at Schlosser Geographic Systems, Inc (SGSI) and a Teacher at C2 Education. Eric is currently employed as a Product Manager at Luum by HealthEquity, a position they have held since 2022.
Eric Jones received their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering in 2013. In 2017, they completed a Data Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity. Eric Jones' educational history began in 2005 when they attended Alpharetta High School.
