Antoine Perlein is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as an HR Officer at Lutosa since June 2021. Prior to this role, Antoine gained valuable experience as a Stagiaire at IRIS Group from September 2019 to September 2020, where contributions included the development of a workplace well-being and recognition policy through interviews with various hierarchical levels and field visits. Antoine holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Personnel Administration from Université catholique de Louvain, obtained in 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Human and Social Sciences from the same institution, completed in 2018.
