Kazi Shahed Mahmud is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Network Administrator at LutherCare Communities since March 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the organization's communication network and ensuring the security and efficiency of business applications. Prior to this role, Kazi worked as a M365 Business Technical Advisor I at Sherweb, providing technical support for Microsoft 365 products, and as a Computing Solution Advisor at Best Buy, where customer needs were addressed through tailored technology solutions.
