MoHD Nayebkhail is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in public financial management, consulting, and education. Currently serving as a Matching Grants Specialist at Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area since March 2022, MoHD has previously contributed as a Consultant/Researcher at the Afghanistan Research and Evaluation Unit, where work included developing a significant publication on provincial planning and budgeting in Afghanistan. MoHD held positions as a Public Finance Advisor with the USAID/ISLA Project, a Financial Analyst at the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation & Livestock, and a Public Financial Management Consultant with Deloitte Consulting Overseas Projects. Additional experience includes roles in telecommunications and project analysis, with a foundation in education as a Senior English Instructor. MoHD holds a B.A. in Accounting from Kabul University, complemented by an accounting certificate.
