Laura Miller is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management, data systems, and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as the Apricot Data Specialist and Lead Trainer at Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area since April 2022, Laura provides oversight for the Reception and Placement Services Team in Maryland, ensuring client enrollment in appropriate programs and maintaining quality assurance. Previous roles include Development Director at Luminus, where Laura improved operational efficiency through technology and managed grant applications and communications.
