Jennifer Runkle is an experienced professional in performance and quality improvement within social services, currently serving as the Director of Performance and Quality Improvement at Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area since November 2021. Runkle previously held positions at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington, where roles included Quality Assurance Manager and Team Lead for the Integrated Community Care Project, focusing on program outcomes and service improvements for adult and children's clinical services.
