Danae Hoffman, MSW, currently serves as the Onboarding Specialist at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, a position held since September 2019, where responsibilities include assisting potential clients in engaging with the Pooled Trust and SDM Department, along with managing documentation and client correspondence. Previous experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Reliable Medical Supply and several internships in educational and social service settings, where skills in supporting academic success, independent living skills training, and developmental readiness for young children were developed. Danae earned a Master of Social Work from St. Catherine University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
