Chad Fix has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Chad began their career as a Radio News Producer at KBIA Radio, where they anchored and coordinated broadcasts, operated the control board, and edited stories. Chad then moved on to work as a School Information Reporter for the Hazelwood School District, where they developed and reported on key messages for the district's newsletter.

Chad then joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car National Reservations Center, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative. Chad excelled in this role by consistently exceeding customer satisfaction requirements through their exceptional service and also mentored other agents. Chad then transitioned to a role at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an Assistant Manager/Editor of Employee Communications. In this position, they collaborated with senior executives to develop strategic internal communication messages and programs. Chad also edited the company's major publications and wrote extensively for them.
