Mike Bertrand has extensive leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly with Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois, where tenure spans from 2005 to the present in various executive roles, including President and CEO, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Mike Bertrand served as Vice President and Chief Program Officer at Lutheran Child and Family Services from June 2005 to February 2012 and held a managerial position at United Behavioral Health from 1993 to 1995. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Illinois Chicago (1990-1993) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1983-1987).
