Bryan Matsuo has held various positions throughout their career. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Research Assistant at UC Santa Cruz. Bryan then worked as a Software Engineer at the same institution from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Janrain, Inc., where they developed and maintained backend data processing systems in a multi-tenant analytics pipeline. Bryan then moved to Luther Systems, where they have been a Senior Software Engineer since 2017. In this role, they design and builds out smart contract development frameworks and tooling for integration and maintenance of Hyperledger Fabric blockchain systems, as well as managing cloud infrastructure and kubernetes administration.
Bryan Matsuo graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2009, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. Bryan's field of study was Complexity, Satisfiability, and Graph Theory.
