Chen Ferder is an experienced Chief People Officer with a strong background in human resources, currently serving at Lusha since September 2022. Prior to this role, Chen held the same title at NSO Group from July 2019 to September 2022. Chen's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Amdocs, where Chen was Head of HR for the Customer Business Group and HR Director from June 2011 to June 2019, and at SAP as an HR Business Partner from December 2004 to May 2011. Chen began a career in human resources as an HR Specialist at Actelis Networks from June 2001 to December 2004. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Sociology, both from Bar-Ilan University.
