Andrea Celine Andersen has extensive experience in retail management, primarily with LUSH, where roles included Shop Manager at LUSH Norge and LUSH Byporten, managing teams, setting clear expectations, and enhancing store performance. Responsibilities included employee recruitment, training, merchandising, and financial oversight. Prior to managerial positions, Andrea held roles as a Stock Manager and Supervisor, demonstrating expertise in inventory management and customer service. Earlier experience includes a work history at Oslo Montessori School, fulfilling assistant roles between 2014 and 2018. Andrea is currently pursuing a degree at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences from January 2024 to June 2026, and holds a qualification as a Beauty Make-Up Artist from Tone Lise Akademiet.
