Alexandra Guerra Unwin has extensive experience in various roles primarily focused on people management, youth development, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as a People Partner at LUSH since November 2016, Alexandra has held multiple titles including People Coordinator for Earthcare & Process Improvement teams and Production Operator, ensuring high-quality standards in production. Previous roles include Youth Worker at YMCA Bournemouth, where Alexandra supported young individuals in skill development and mental health, and Front Of House Manager at Arrosseria Nimo's. Alexandra's diverse skill set is complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Bournemouth University and a Certificate in Counselling from Iron Mill College.
