Milena Ornelas has extensive experience in project management and consulting, currently serving as Gerente de Projetos at Lupus Consulting since November 2022, focusing on Corteva Agriscience. Prior to this role, Milena worked as a Senior Consultant, Scrum Master, and Project Manager at Capgemini Engineering from May to October 2022, overseeing the end-to-end MVP process for EDP Digital Factory Group. With a significant tenure at ExxonMobil from 2005 to 2022, Milena held various positions including Product Owner, Scrum Master, Month End Close Coordinator, and Control Support Analyst, contributing to financial accounting and major divestment projects. Milena's career began at Banco Itaú as a Trainee and Cashier from 2001 to 2005. Milena holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Positivo and a Post Graduate degree in Information Technology from Estacao Business School, along with a Scrum Master certification from the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in 2017.
