Saurabh Gupta has a diverse work experience starting as a Marine Engineer in the shipping industry with NYK Line & OMI Corp. Saurabh then transitioned to Asian Paints Ltd, where they held roles in Production, Supply Chain, and Distribution & Logistics. Later, they joined AkzoNobel, where they served in various positions such as Supply Chain Excellence Manager, Business Planning Manager, Works Manager, and Head of Logistics, Planning, and Customer Service. Currently, they are the Sr Vice President - Head Global Supply Chain at Lupin. Throughout their career, Saurabh has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, operations, strategic planning, and leadership.

Saurabh Gupta completed their 10+2 education in PCM from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Saurabh then pursued a B.E. degree in Marine Engineering from the Marine Engineering & Research Institute, Kolkata. Saurabh later completed an MBA in Supply Chain from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Additionally, they obtained a CPIM Certification in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from APICS. Lastly, in 2015, they attended the Emerging Leadership Executive Program in General Management at the Indian School of Business.
