Leo Lucas has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, starting as a Chemist at Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories in 2006. Leo then progressed to roles such as Scientist at Aptuit, Method Transfer Scientist at Cook Pharmica, and Sr. Scientist at Teva Pharmaceuticals and Catalent Pharma Solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Principal / Analytical Lead at Lupin since June 2021.

Leo Lucas obtained their Master of Science in Biochemistry from Purdue University in the years 2002 to 2006.
