Sean Ralph has extensive experience in systems administration and engineering management, beginning with a role as an Infrastructure Engineer in the Royal Air Force from February 2009 to March 2014, where responsibilities included job delegation and engineering solutions. Following this, Sean worked as a System Administrator at Narcom from July 2014 to July 2016, providing support to the Service Delivery Team. From July 2016 to December 2018, Sean served as a Systems Administrator at Wonga.com, taking on the dual role of Scrum Master and Product Owner for a project focused on decommissioning a legacy collection system. Currently, since January 2019, Sean holds a position at Luno as Engineering Manager, overseeing multiple teams of Software Engineers across various locations, focusing on team leadership, recruitment, project oversight, and strategic alignment.
