Tommy Bengtsson is an experienced policy officer and project manager specializing in external funding, project development, and external relations. Since October 2017, Tommy has worked at Lunds kommun, focusing on supporting administration and companies in securing external funding through application advice, project planning, and strategic work related to innovation and sustainability. Prior experience includes serving as project coordinator for the ELAINE project at EU-kontor Skåne Nordost and as EU coordinator, where collaboration with multiple municipalities was emphasized. Earlier roles also encompass project leadership in studies concerning e-archives and EU project coordination at Gislaveds and Gnosjö municipalities. Tommy holds a Master of Science in Political Science from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from Linnaeus University, complemented by studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth and Lund University School of Economics and Management.
