Roberto Flores is a experienced Planificador Senior Mantenimiento currently working at Lundin Gold Ecuador since January 2022. Prior to this, Roberto held the positions of Lider de Planificación Mantenimiento Mina and Ingeniero de Confiabilidad Planta at Minera Florida S.A. for nearly a decade. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria, their expertise lies in areas such as lubrication improvement, predictive maintenance, and maintenance planning. During their time at Molymet, Roberto served as Supervisor Mantención Predictiva and Técnico de Mantención Predictiva.
