Tolga Uz is a highly experienced professional in the field of neuropsychiatry and central nervous system (CNS) medical science, currently serving as the Senior Director Clinical Lead for Neuropsychiatry at Lundbeck since May 2021. Prior to this role, Tolga Uz was the Senior Medical Director of Development Medical Science at Astellas Pharma from June 2017 to May 2021. Tolga Uz also held multiple senior director positions at Takeda Pharmaceuticals between September 2008 and June 2017, including Senior Medical Director of Clinical and Translational Development and Medical Director of Exploratory and Translational Development. Tolga Uz possesses a Doctorate in Neuroscience (Ph.D.) from Ege University School of Medicine, Izmir, Turkey, and earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the same institution between 1983 and 1989.
