Tom Hockensmith is a seasoned business professional and church leader with extensive experience in management, operations, and finance. Currently a Co-Owner at The Blockhouse since August 2016, Tom previously served as Associate Pastor at Life Community Church, overseeing financial and ministry operations. Tom has held various leadership roles in the salon and retail sectors, including Co-Owner at Lunatic Fringe and Trace Salon Tennessee, Store and Sales Manager at Posh Clothing Boutique, and Manager of Operations at Dion’s South Salon and Trim Classic Barber LLC, where responsibilities included inventory management and staffing. Tom's early career included roles in retail and client relations, honing skills that complement business management. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance with an emphasis on Music Business from Belmont University.
