Nitin Vinayachandran currently serves as the Head of People Ops at Rabble, having joined the company in June 2024, which is focused on providing platforms for Web3 builders in collaboration with Lumos Labs and BuidlersTribe. Prior to this role, Nitin was the Head of Business Development at Lumos Labs from October 2019 to June 2024, contributing to key initiatives with Buidlers Tribe. Nitin's earlier experience includes positions as Territory Sales Manager at ILANTUS Technologies and HackerEarth, where Nitin focused on Identity & Access Management and recruiting solutions, respectively. Additionally, Nitin held roles at Times Business Solution Ltd as an Enterprise Account Manager, at American Express as a Senior Relationship Officer, and completed an internship at RM Education. Nitin holds a PGDBM in Marketing and Human Resource Management from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management and a BA in Economics from Mar Ivanios College.
