Ahmad Jaenuri has over 15 years of work experience in customer service roles. Ahmad started their career in 2006 as a Call Center Associate at PT. Teleperformance, where they handled customer complaints and requests. In 2008, they moved to PT. Personel Alih Daya (Persada), where they served as a Call Center Customer. In 2012, they joined Citi as a Citiphonebanking di citibank, where they handled customer complaints and requests, as well as offering customers easypay cicilan and pinjaman dana tunai. In 2013, they moved to PT. Infomedia Nusantara, where they served as a Call Center Executive, handling VIP transactions via telephone. In 2016, they joined PT. FEDEX as a FedEx Import Solution, providing updates on customer shipments from outside the country and informing customers of any missing documents for PIB. In 2017, they moved to PT. Teleperformance, where they served as a Customer Service Team Lead, monitoring agents to reach KPI targets, and creating weekly and monthly reports for clients. In 2020, they joined TIX ID as a Customer Interaction Associate. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Lummo as a Sr. Customer Succes and Customer Experience.

Ahmad Jaenuri completed a Diploma in Informatics Management from Bina Sarana Informatika Cipulir between 2003 and 2006.
