Louisa Dale has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. Louisa is currently working at Lumity as a Brand Manager since February 2023. Previously, they held the position of Assistant Brand Manager at Lumity from September 2021 to February 2023. Prior to their time at Lumity, they worked as a Marketing Student at the University of Sussex from September 2017 to June 2021. Louisa also gained valuable experience as a Brand Marketing Intern for Decléor in the Professional Products Division at L'Oréal from July 2019 to July 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Grant Thornton LLP in July 2016, where they conducted preliminary research and attended meetings related to marketing decisions and the concept of a "vibrant economy."

Louisa Dale attended All Hallows Catholic School from 2010 to 2015. Following that, they enrolled at All Hallows 6th Form, where they studied from 2015 to 2016. Louisa then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management with a Minor in Law at the University of Sussex from 2017 to 2021.
