Tim Dick has worked in various industries such as manufacturing, engineering, and sales. Tim'srecent work experience includes a Process Engineer role at Lumitex and a Manufacturing Engineer role at Norman Noble Inc. where they reduced consumables usage and improved throughput for a key manufacturing process resulting in estimated cost savings. Prior to that, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op at STERIS Endoscopy where they project-managed the implementation of a new production cell and was a key member of a kaizen event that reduced lead time and WIP. Tim has also completed co-op roles in Quality Engineering and Design and Development Engineering at STERIS Endoscopy. Before starting their career in engineering, they had an Engineer Internship role at RAD-CON, Inc., where they implemented changes to AutoCAD drawings and developed 3-Dimensional designs in SolidWorks. Tim also has experience working in sales as a Sales Associate at SHOE SHOW, INC., where they exceeded revenue targets and provided excellent customer support.

Tim Dick attended Brunswick High School from 2014 to 2017, where they did not obtain a degree or any particular field of study. Tim then went on to study at The University of Akron from 2017 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biomedical Engineering focused on Mechanics. In addition, while at the University of Akron, Tim obtained a Certificate in Professional Selling for Engineering Majors, but there is no specific information on the start or end years for this certificate program.
