Christy Lee has a long and varied work experience. Christy began their career in 1998 as a Freelance Lighting Technician and Special Events Technician for Paramount's Great America. In 2000, they began working as a Lighting Technician for 3B Productions. In 2004, they worked as an Event Production Technician for ESPN. In 2005, they worked as a Master Electrician for Knott's Berry Farm. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as an International Account Manager for TMB. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Production Technician for SAS Entertainment Group. Finally, from 2014 to 2019, they worked as an Inventory Operations Manager, Executive Vice President of Operations, and General Manager for Optic Arts. In 2019, they began working as an ERP Program Manager and Operations Research for Luminii.

Christy Lee attended San Joaquin Delta College from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Certificate in Technical Theater.
