Ek Raj Thapaliya is a Scientist II at Luminex Corporation since April 2021, with prior experience as a CRTA postdoctoral Fellow at the National Cancer Institute from April 2019 to April 2021, and as a postdoctoral Fellow at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai from May 2017 to April 2021. Thapaliya began an academic career as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Miami from August 2012 to May 2017 and has previously served as a Lecturer at Kantipur Engineering College in Kathmandu, Nepal, from February 2009 to July 2012, and at Manamohan Memorial and Health Sciences in 2011-2012. Thapaliya holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organic Chemistry from the University of Miami and a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry from Tribhuvan University, completed between 2004 and 2009.
