Director, Customer Experience at Luminare Health

Stefanie Cramer has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Their most recent role was as the Director of Customer Experience at Luminare Health, starting in March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at ActiveCampaign from 2017 to 2020, where they held various positions including Program Manager and Operations Lead for Customer Success. During their time at ActiveCampaign, Stefanie focused on building scalable processes, driving analytics, and bringing customer feedback to the forefront. Stefanie also worked closely with different teams to develop comprehensive customer feedback analyses, create predictive customer health scores using machine learning, and develop dashboards and analytics using SQL.

Before ActiveCampaign, Stefanie worked at PreScouter, Inc. from 2014 to 2016 as an Operations Manager. In this role, they carried out special initiatives to improve operational efficiency and re-engineer outdated practices for scalable growth. Stefanie also led cross-functional initiatives, implemented a Salesforce buildout, and developed the Account Management Department.

Prior to PreScouter, Stefanie was a National Account Manager at Quill from 2012 to 2014. Stefanie managed a portfolio of over 400 companies, school districts, and government organizations, exceeding sales goals and implementing strategies to gain market share.

Stefanie began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago from 2009 to 2011 and later worked as a Program Evaluation Specialist at Children's Research Triangle from 2008 to 2009.

Stefanie Cramer obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their studies from 2004 to 2008.
