Kelsey Fox-LaMure has a diverse background in customer service and operations management, currently serving as an Associate Client Manager at Luminare Health since November 2020, after progressing from roles such as Client Coordinator and Customer Service Supervisor. Prior to Luminare Health, Kelsey held the position of Service Center Team Manager at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. from March 2019 to November 2020, and was involved with Lyft as a Driver Growth Operations Lead and Customer Experience Team Lead between August 2017 and March 2019. Kelsey began a career at Asurion, where responsibilities included Supervisor and Technical Lead roles in various pilot programs from September 2013 to August 2017. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Middle Tennessee State University, completed in 2012.
