Felicitas Binz has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Felicitas has extensive experience in business operations, having worked at Luminai since 2023. Felicitas also has a passion project called cocoon.community, where they serve as the Head of Community, building a community of women in startups to promote female empowerment. Felicitas worked as a Venture Capital Intern at HV Capital in 2021, focusing on B2B SaaS & DevOps. Prior to that, they were an Entrepreneur in Residence at loyee.io, where they conducted customer research and developed market entry strategies. Felicitas also had experience in product development at 10x Founders, assisting tech founders in their fundraising process. Before that, Felicitas worked in business development at Demodesk, conceptualizing and implementing growth and revenue initiatives. Felicitas also gained consulting experience as an intern at KPMG and held roles in operations at Pioniergeist GmbH and as a Quality Management intern at BMW Group.

Felicitas Binz has a diverse education history. Felicitas began their academic journey at École de Condé, where they completed a Foundation Year in Applied Arts. Felicitas then pursued a Bachelor of Science in International Business at Pforzheim University. Following their undergraduate studies, Felicitas went on to earn a Master of Science in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich. Felicitas later pursued a degree in International Business from The University of Hong Kong. Additionally, Felicitas obtained an Honours Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM). Lastly, they expanded their knowledge and skills in Mechanical Engineering, particularly in the field of Design Research VSR, through their enrollment at Stanford University.
