Lisa Giganti has a diverse work history with extensive experience in strategic planning and implementation. Lisa started as a Finance Manager at BridgeStreet Accommodations, Inc., and then moved to various positions at National City Corporation and PNC Bank, where they served as CFO II, Controller, and consultant for business performance improvement. After that, they worked at Cleveland Clinic as a Senior Project Manager for Strategic Financial Planning. Following their tenure at Cleveland Clinic, they served as Senior Vice President and Program Manager of Retail Transformation at Key Corporate & Commercial Bank.

In 2018, Lisa became an Entrepreneur in Residence at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, Ohio. Lisa worked as Managing Principal of Strategy and Innovations, where they identified, prioritized, developed, and executed initiatives in alignment with the organization's mission and strategy. Lisa was also responsible for driving data-driven analyses, process assessments, and strategic initiatives, such as Bariatric Surgery Expansion, Center for Breast Health, Procedural Transformation, and Imaging Innovation.

Lisa's most recent role has been as the Chief Executive Officer of Lumina Imaging and Diagnostics, where they focused on growing innovative and disruptive medical imaging services globally and regionally. Lisa also worked on strategic partnerships and shared risk/reward ventures to increase access to quality medical imaging while maintaining the highest standards of care and exceptional patient experience.

Lisa Giganti completed their undergraduate education at John Carroll University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Economics. Lisa then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree at Cleveland State University, specializing in Finance and Management.
